Limited-reserve ceremonial matcha from Tsuchiyama in Shiga Prefecture. Made from first-harvest Okumidori leaves, shaded and hand-picked each spring, then stone-ground in small seasonal batches. Smooth umami and natural sweetness with a creamy, lingering finish. Production is capped at around 2,000 cans per year.
