- Description
Misaki is Matchaeologist's top ceremonial grade, made from the youngest leaves of tea plants shaded for about a month before harvest. It brews sweet and buttery, with the roasted, caramel-like aroma that comes from the brand's light finishing roast, and is concentrated enough to drink as thick koicha.
