Milia Matcha's flagship ceremonial grade is made entirely from the Okumidori cultivar grown in Mie prefecture, with leaves shaded before the single late-May harvest. The cup is naturally sweet and smooth with very little bitterness, the profile Okumidori is known for. It contains no added sweetener, and each harvest is lab-tested for pesticides by Eurofins.
