Moegi is snappy and refreshing, with a punchy flavour that cuts straight through milk and still whisks into a bracing usucha. Kogacha in Yame blends it, under Koga Satoko, a Nihoncha Advisor and associate professor of the Urasenke school. The name translates to bud green.
