Dawn Matcha is a female-founded direct-to-consumer brand based in Mound, Minnesota, started by its founder, Sarah, after years of stress and hormone imbalance led her to matcha. The tea comes from a single farm and single harvest in Shizuoka, Japan, and every batch is SGS-tested with no pesticide residues detected across more than 600 substances screened. The lineup is small and seasonal, sold in limited harvest drops until each one runs out.
