Description

DōMatcha Ceremonial is the brand's everyday whisking matcha, made from young shade-grown tencha leaves de-stemmed and de-veined before stone grinding. It blends leaf from Uji, Kyoto and Kagoshima and pours a creamy cup with a sweet, clean flavor and only faint bitterness. It is certified kosher.
