Ceremonial Organic is the certified-organic version of DōMatcha's ceremonial whisking matcha, carrying USDA, JAS, and Canadian organic certifications plus kosher. It is stone-ground from shade-grown tencha sourced in Uji and Kagoshima, and reviewers describe a vivid green powder with creamy umami, light sweetness, and very little bitterness. It ships in 30g and 80g tins.
