Description

Master's Choice is DōMatcha's premium blend, mixed by its 16th-generation tea master with a Uji grower-grinder of more than 300 years' experience. It is stone-ground from young shade-grown tencha in the Kyoto region, and reviewers describe a full-bodied, creamy cup with deep umami, mild astringency, and very little bitterness. It is sold in a 30g tin.
