A daily-drinking ceremonial blend of Asanoka and Okumidori cultivars from the Nishi farm in Kagoshima. Smoother body and gentler umami than FKRO's single-cultivar reserves, with soft nutty and earthy undertones (FKRO's notes: sweet potato, chestnut, nori). Slight astringency. Holds up in both usucha and lattes.
