Description

Kawane Ceremonial comes from the high-altitude Kawane valleys of Shizuoka, a region first awarded Japan's Tennohai agricultural prize in 1964. It is a first-harvest matcha using the Okumidori and Tsuyuhikari cultivars, with a creamy texture, light sweetness, and a nutty finish. It is the most delicate of Soar's regional ceremonial line.
