Single-cultivar reserve matcha from Higashi-Sonogi in Nagasaki, made from Samidori leaves shaded for over three weeks beneath warakake straw. Stone-ground in small batches and finished with a light Nagasaki roast. Creamy and softly sweet with nutty-floral notes and layered umami. Capped at roughly 6,666 cans per harvest.
