A rare limited matcha crafted exclusively from the Shiracha (white tea tree) cultivar — the leaves themselves emerge a paler green, lending Hakuju a distinctly lighter color than ordinary matcha. Strong, structured umami balanced by a creamy mildness and refreshing finish. Very limited cultivation; available only in small batches.
