- Description
Tsuyuhikari, or dew light, is Matchaful's limited-reserve single-cultivar matcha from the uncommon Tsuyuhikari variety, harvested in small quantities each year on the Hattori family's Shizuoka farm. It pours a delicate, medium-bodied cup with notes of snap pea, cashew, and grapefruit and low astringency, suited to ceremonial preparation or a refined latte. Grown without pesticides and shaded by solar panels, it is USDA Certified Organic and stone-milled to order.
