Solid daily latte, Yame holds in milk
Standard latte prep for me: 3g, 175°F, 2oz water bloom, 6oz oat. Whisks up smooth, no clumping. Yame character actually holds through the milk, which is what I was hoping for at this price point. Slight nutty finish, low astringency in the cup. I tried it side by side with whole milk and oat. Whole milk brings the sweetness forward more, oat keeps it cleaner. Either works. 30g tin lasted me about three weeks at one cup a day. I'd put it about even with Aoarashi as a daily latte and slightly under Hinata. Reasonable for the consistency.
