Nakamura Tokichi Fuji-No-Shiro: culinary meh
Okay so I picked this up mostly because of the Nakamura Tokichi name I was curious what their culinary tier actually tastes like. Fuji-No-Shiro is... mild. I committed the sin of trying to drink this straight as usucha and it just felt thin and flat compared to what I like. There is some slight sweetness, the umami barely peeks through, and the bitterness is very noticeable even when I made the water a little hotter. A sweet matcha latte I made was definitely better, and I'm sure it would be delish in a baked good which is not outrageous at ~$0.57/g. But if you're hoping for that deep savory Uji matcha I personally like, this one won't scratch that itch.
