Robiraki is Ryuouen's annual autumn release, made for the point in the tea-ceremony year when the sunken hearth is opened for winter. It is creamy and full-bodied, high in umami with a medium sweetness and a floral, faintly nutty aroma. Bitterness stays very low and the finish runs long.
