Description

Kirishima Ceremonial is a first-harvest matcha from the Kirishima mountains of Kagoshima, a region known for fog, clean water, and sustainable tea farming. It uses the Yabukita and Asatsuyu cultivars and reads light-bodied and silky with a sweet, slightly nutty finish. It works well both whisked plain and in iced lattes.
