Seishin is a first-harvest matcha from Shizuoka, blended from Okumidori, Saemidori, and Yabukita. The savory end leads, with nori and a nama chocolate richness, and the finish turns sweet. Tea For Us built it for cafe use, and it keeps its character in milk as well as whisked plain.
