Issho is Astrid's introductory matcha, a barista-grade usucha from a fifth-generation tea master in Shirakawa, Uji. It is light-bodied and balanced, with fresh grass, browned butter, and milk chocolate on the palate and only mild astringency. It works in lattes, smoothies, or whisked on its own.
