Description

Yabukita is Japan's most common cultivar and Chazoku's most versatile, more affordable option. It is sharper and more vegetal than their other single cultivars, with bold grassy and almond notes, a hint of astringency, and only mild umami. Better suited to lattes, smoothies, and desserts than drinking straight.
