Den's highest-end matcha, made by blending aged Sakimidori with Saemidori for a vivid green color and deep umami. It is built for koicha but whisks into usucha as well. The tencha comes from the cool Yamato Plateau in Nara, where short daylight and wide day-to-night temperature swings slow the leaves.
