Honzu-shaded for 30 days and then hand-picked, this Saemidori whisks into a soft, creamy usucha and a rich koicha with a long finish. It comes off the same fields Kumaen uses for an award-winning Dento Hon Gyokuro. Honzu shading uses a reed screen rather than synthetic fabric, letting more air and moisture through the canopy.
