Named after founder Marisa Eng's grandfather, Hiroshi Mitsunaga, Hiro is a first-harvest Saemidori from Yame in Fukuoka. It is bold and rich, with the nutty character Yame is known for and a long umami finish. Bitterness is close to absent, and it stays smooth under milk.
