Description

Hand-picked under honzu shading, then held as tencha in cold storage for two to four years before grinding. The rest deepens and mellows the flavour, giving a mature usucha and a bold koicha with more complexity than single-cultivar matcha usually reaches. Kuradashi means out of the warehouse.
