Matcha Dachi is a Japanese-American brand run by Marisa Eng out of Salt Lake City and Los Angeles, started in 2026 and named for her family's farming roots in Utah. Dachi is Japanese slang for friend. Its matcha comes from Uji, Yame, and Kagoshima, and the flagship tin is named after her grandfather Hiroshi Mitsunaga.
