Yame nut bomb, love love love!!
Bought a 20g of Hinata back in January and immediately ordered another. This is what I want from a Yame matcha. Toasty, that white sesame thing the description mentions, super smooth. Whisks up creamy as usacha and it's actually thick enough that my latte oat milk doesn't drown it out. Not cheap but lasts me about 2 weeks if I'm being good.
Survives oat milk well
Bought a 30g bag of Hinata to try. The body is thicker than most premium tier matchas I've had, comes through in a latte without needing more grams. Nutty/sesame note, slight grassiness. I would not call it sweet. The umami is moderate, not over the top. Good if you want a Yame matcha that handles oat milk.
