Approachable Nishio

Seion is a Nishio (Aichi) single-source. Almond/creamy oat profile per the description and that tracks. It's a bit milder than the Yame stuff from Kettl but I like that for an everyday latte. Easy to drink, nothing aggressive. Use about 3g and it disappears into a 6oz oat milk pour smoothly.
