River & Stone Tea Matcha

River & Stone Tea is a Minneapolis matcha company and sister business to the Northeast Tea House, which opened in 2020. They import naturally farmed tencha from small farms in Wazuka, Kyoto and mill it to order on stone mills in Minnesota at roughly 40 grams per hour. The lineup is mostly single-cultivar Japanese matcha, alongside a few Chinese-grown teas including a Diancha white matcha and a high-mountain Yabukita.
