Description

Diancha is the powdered tea drunk in Song Dynasty China that predates Japanese matcha, which River and Stone sources from China and mills to order in Minneapolis. Lighter in color than shaded Japanese matcha, it gives a cup that one customer described as a little bitter but enjoyable.
