Uta-no-Mori is Rishouen's top blend, built from hand-picked tencha and intended for koicha, though it holds up as usucha. Most of the leaf comes from Toshio Terakawa, a grower whose teas have been recognised by the Emperor, with additional lots from Kiyoharu Tsuji and Fukui. The name means Forest of Poems.
